Saving money is my middle name. So for those of you that don't know, I love couponing! In 2011, I was at Publix picking up a few items. I saw this lady with a cart full and a box full of coupons. I thought wow she is saving tons of money. Well she came up to me and said, "You know you can get this cheaper at Kroger with a coupon." I said "No, really! How?" She began to explain couponing to me and sites to check out. Needless to say I have been couponing every since.

I have always looked for ways to save money. I wanted to share my couponing adventures with you in hopes that maybe you can save money too. Rules of my house...if it's not on sale or we do not have a coupon we do not buy it. The only exception to this rule is we need it now.

Ipsy January 2013

I was too excited to get my first Ipsy bag. This is a $10 monthly subscription. My bag contents are 2.5oz Pacifica Tuscan Blood Orange body butter, Josie Maran 100% pure Argan Oil 5ml, Nailtini nail lacquer full size, London Soho New York concealer brush, and a trial size can of Sexy Hair spray. These items came in a dark blue makeup bag with stars on the inside.

Julep Box January 2013

Good morning! I have a new found love with subscription boxes! Let's get right to it shall we. Julep Box is my first box for 2013. It's a nail polish box monthly subscription for $19.99 with free shipping. I received my first box for a penny and shipping was $4.98.

My thoughts on the starter box. It was wrapped neatly and arrived fast. I received two bottles of nail polish, one bottle of cuticle oil, and two glitter pots.
